Georgia
Georgia's Virtual Zone IT (VIT) status offers one of the most attractive regimes for IT service companies, near-zero corporate tax on international revenue, fast setup, and a low-cost operating environment.
The Virtual Zone IT regime
Georgia's Virtual Zone (VZ) designation exempts IT companies from corporate income tax on revenue generated from services provided outside Georgia. Since most IT companies serve international clients, this effectively results in 0% corporate tax on the bulk of their revenue.
Georgia operates a territorial tax system, income earned outside the country is generally not taxed domestically. Combined with VIT status, this creates a powerful structure for IT service companies.
Setup is fast (1–2 weeks), bureaucracy is low, and company formation costs are among the cheapest globally. Georgia is also increasingly popular with digital nomads, making it easy to establish real presence.
